Trip and Fall Hazards:
In an effort to prevent unnecessary accidents, the Board plans to repair sidewalks where there is a trip and fall hazard. We have identified a few of them, but if you know there are some by your unit, please contact Waterways by Monday, January 27th, in order to get them on our list for repairs.
Get together with your neighbors at the Saturday Morning Coffee Hour, starting January 11 at 9:30 in the Pebble Shores Clubhouse. Bring your own pastries, coffee and tea provided.
A huge shout-out to Noemi Chao for her generous gift of new Christmas bows for all our wreaths, and her offer to change them all! Wow, that’s what I call community spirit 😊. FYI, that’s about 40 wreaths/bows!!
2019 Reserve Study:
Please visit the Owners Page to review the current Reserve Study. The 2019 budget (just adopted) reflects the recommendations from this important evaluation.

Your Board welcomes Tony Acosta who will start as Pebble Shores resident handyman on December 18th. Tony will start by being on site Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. Should you have something that you feel requires his attention please contact Waterways via their portal or call 239-348-3030.

Attached below is the official amendment 19.8.1 effective January 20, 2018.
In summary, this amendment restricts all future owners from renting/leasing their unit for 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of purchase.
